Walk in with a roster.
Walk out with a plan.
Bring the providers you employ and the states you’re opening. We’ll walk them one by one, and you’ll leave with a state-by-state plan and a quote, whether or not you hire us.
What happens on the call:
We start with your roster. Tell us who you employ and where you need them licensed next.
We map it state by state. For each provider we go through what that state asks for, from verifications and fingerprints to collaborative agreements where they apply.
We flag what will get in the way. The document that has to come from a school, the state that wants something the others don’t.
You leave with a plan and a quote. Every provider, every state you named, written down so you can act on it.
Who you’ll meet.
You’ll be on with the people who run licensing here. We’re NPs ourselves, and our team works board applications every day, so you get answers from the people who do the filing rather than from a script.
If you move forward, your company gets a dedicated U.S. client success manager. That manager owns your account and gets back to you within one business day.
Behind that manager is the team that does the filing: the portals, the paperwork, the calls with the boards. Software can show you a status. We do the work that changes it.
Questions before you book.
It’s a working call. We spend it on your roster, not on slides, and if licensing isn’t worth handing off yet, we’ll tell you that on the call.
You don’t have to guess at the numbers either. We publish our prices, so you can read them before you book the call: see what it costs.
A list of your providers and the states you’re opening is plenty. License numbers and expiration dates help if you have them handy, and if it all lives in one messy spreadsheet, bring the spreadsheet.
Nothing has to be tidy first. A good chunk of the call is us reading what you already have back to you as a plan.
Two is a fine place to start. The call is the same shape whether you’re opening your third state or your thirtieth: we walk the roster you have and plan the states you want.
If a plan for two providers is all you need right now, take it and go. We’d rather be the team you call when the roster grows.
Registered nurses (RN), nurse practitioners (NP/APRN), physician assistants (PA), physicians (MD/DO), clinical social workers, and registered dietitians where state licensure applies. If your roster mixes several of those, the same team handles all of it. Bring the roster to the demo and we’ll tell you what each state expects from each type.
Bring us the roster.
Thirty minutes on your states and your providers, and you’ll know what the first wave of applications looks like before you decide anything.
There’s nothing to get ready first. Pick a time and we’ll start from wherever your roster is today.
