I’m Dave Biederman, APRN-CNP, a family nurse practitioner and the founder of NP Licensing.
I stumbled through multi-state licensing myself: smudged fingerprints, hunting down nursing program contacts, redoing documents over a wrong date, digging through file cabinets.
In 2024 I decided to turn the fix into a company. Now a team files every day, so you can add states without giving up your evenings to board portals.

What we won’t tell you.
We won’t promise an approval date. State boards control their own timelines, and a vendor who guarantees one is telling you something about their other promises.
We won’t publish a number without a source, and we won’t print a one-size price. Statistics on this site carry sources; pricing is quoted to your states and your roster.

Notarizations are completed electronically through the portal, so sensitive documents don’t travel farther than they need to.
