IMLC licensing, run end to end.

The Interstate Medical Licensure Compact can turn one application into licenses from dozens of states. We confirm you qualify before you pay, manage the Letter of Qualification, and sequence the state licenses you actually need.

What the IMLC actually is.

Eligibility is strict. Check it before paying.

The compact route, step by step:

  1. We confirm eligibility and pick your SPL. The home-state choice decides which board reviews you, and it must be a member state you genuinely qualify to use.

  2. You apply through the compact; we manage it. The application, the fee, and fingerprints inside the deadline window, all coordinated for you.

  3. Your SPL board verifies your record and issues the Letter of Qualification. Primary-source checks and a background check run here; we track the file and answer whatever the board raises.

  4. You pick states, and we sequence them. Licenses can be requested in waves inside the LOQ’s validity window, matched to start dates and payer timelines.

  5. Member boards issue your licenses. We record each one, its renewal date, and whatever ancillary items the board still wants, because several ask for more after issuance.

  6. We keep your compact position alive. Your home-state tie has to stay valid; if you move, we handle redesignation on time.

The numbers that decide your sequence.

One eligibility review sorts it: compact, direct, or a mix. You get the answer, the sequence, and an exact quote before spending anything with a board.
